in Los Angeles at the Chinese Theatre. The Tiz attended to support her pal, film lead Julianne Hough. Clad in a top and skirt combo by The Hellers, Devi Kroell bag, House of Lavande bracelet and Casadei heels, the 27-year-old rocked her recurring purple streaked hair.
